Mixed-use residential/commercial complexes take the saying ‘home away from home’ to a whole new level. Judah Steel has provided ongoing technical support with weekly site visits, as well as coordinating with long time Judah Steel users AN West Contractors. Supplying this unique project with Judah Steel Steel Stud and Track and KEY-LOCK® Systems, Judah Steel have ensured that any onsite issues have been successfully addressed with the support of Judah Steel’s technical and design team.
Cockburn Central will feature a diverse mix of cultural, civic, commercial, entertainment and residential opportunities, along with a major regional sporting facility, integrated with water management features and bushland preservation based to the west of the centre. The regional town centre, which is based 20kms out of Perth’s CBD, is set in stylish and modern surrounds, strategically located adjacent to Cockburn Central Station and once completed will include 130 residential apartments and 500m2 of NLA retail and commercial space. The $22 million project is slated for completion in April 2012 and is thoroughly prepared for the diverse community of the future.
