Project Details

Beachside Leighton is an oceanfront village in Western Australia, which has taken the architectural look of Fremantle and the sophistication from Cottesloe. The Mirvac development has been designed for both social interaction and as a private retreat, offering 84 apartments, 97 room boutique hotel with conference facilities, restaurants, cafes, and retail space.

Mirvac’s mission to provide a beautiful and sustainable village was recognised in 2008 when they were the winner of the HIA LandCorp GreenSmart Award for the first release of Beachside. Judah Steel is closely working with our customer, Architectural Ceiling Systems, to serve the contract winners, Systeck, who have been involved in some of the largest projects in WA. In order to provide the best service, Judah Steel will continue to ensure that the correct amounts of stock required are available for our customer.
